This is exactly the same as [Arcane Reversal] from Archion, except that resolve replaces Arcana.
| Active (Gold) - Psychic Reversal - Level 0] Requirements: 8 Resolve Description: Allows the participant to use up a certain amount of Focus in order to place a temporary buff upon themselves, lasting for a moderate duration. Should the participant be affected by a hostile Psychic Power within that duration, the buff is immediately consumed. Upon consumption, the participant’s Resolve is momentarily increased by a factor and compared to the enemy’s Resolve. If the participant’s Resolve is higher, the Psychic Power gets reversed, affecting the initial caster as the new target with the same parameters originally applied to the Power. Cost: 210 Focus Buff Duration: 300 seconds - Scaling Factor: 1.5x |
